A key objective for almost every client we work with is attracting great talent - and it should be. But, here's an insight that is sort of obvious but one sometimes we don't put enough emphasis on. One way to increase your net talent is to stop the outflow of talent. If you can improve your retention, your talent base is obviously better.
So, here's what I suggest you do. Challenge your HR department to constantly think of ways to re-recruit your employees, and particularly your star employees, re-recruit them, retain them and you'll find your talent base continues to explode.
